-Is a qualified Social worker with a Masters degree in Social work ( University of KwaZulu – Natal) . She has extensive experience in therapeutic interventions, counselling, trauma management, training and capacity building, community development strategies, programme implementation and management. She has worked at Soul City Institute and was part of the team that developed and implemented the Soul Buddyz club programme and Rise young women’s club . She has also worked for Childline, Centre for the study of violence and reconciliation ( CSVR) and Child Welfare South Africa . Nelisiwe has passion for community development as well as behaviour change interventions .

Zenande Mngqibisa has obtained Compt accounting from the university of South Africa(UNISA).Zenande Mngqibisa has over 15 years of donor funding experience, She headed the financial management of Global Fund funding which is implementing of youth programmed in priority districts identified by the national department of health and the Global Fund, beside Global Fund she manager other major funding like PEPFAR/USAID, National Department of Health, National Department of Education, Wilder Ganzen, European Unions, DIFD,and South African government and corporate donor funding.
She managed 7 Sub Recipients SRs and 30 local implementing partner organizations (IPOs) of the Global Fund. Her management involved training of the SRs and IPO on financial control, Management and compliance. Strengthen the SRs and IPOs internal control systems, processes, and procedures for the project. Maintain essential sub recipients’ documentation: pre-award assessments, reports, checklists, site visits, important email communications.
